Kathryn is off to join Stokesy in Canada for 5 weeks - the lenghts some people will go to, to get out of doing Salford Tri.

Hope you have fun and pass on our regards to Stokesy, who we recently heard has hit the big time winning an American motocross race and earning himself a cool $30.00! Knowing Chris and his modest manner, the event was probably the State Championships or something equally impressive and he just decided to turn up for fun.

I'm hanging out in London today then fly to Canada tomorrow morning. It's Stokesy's birthday today so we'll be out celebrating

Unfortunately I think I may have picked up some of your germs on Sunday....feeling pretty rough with cold/bad head/sore throat. However I have turned the situation to my advantage....and am relaxing with nice food, trashy novels and Le Tour!
