I have entered the olympic distance, I think I need
to get my lazy butt into training otherwise they will
be fishing me out of the Salford Quays!!

Nice to see you on the forum Nigel, welcome to the world of "not normal behaviour". This title by the way is a great/funny book about a normal guy in training for various triathlons - worth a read if you want an insight - or maybe not !

I have also entered the Olympic Distance, I did it last year and it was great fun - this year I aim to get round the swim without bumbing into the large inflatables.

well it looks like i'm definitely in.....entry has been confirmed.

i guess this means that i need to get my ass into the pool.

jooles! if i drown in the quays then i'm blaming you for persuading me that this is a good idea!
