Hey,

Do they supply swimming caps with a flower pattern on for your £3.00 or do you just bring your own?

Are you and Jooles going tonight?

I'll be supplying my own rare outfit if that's ok with everyone else.

Maybe you should warn anyone new to the sport that they should be prepared to look fairly ridiculous whilst training/competing.....running around in skintight lycra

I'm making my debut at swimming tonight.....think my 'dressage' stroke needs some work

The swimming cap is awarded to the triathlete with the least attendance records not mentioning any names RAMSEY

I still cannot go as I am recovering from the op and taking it easy ready for my holiday in the Maldives next week - did I mention that

I will obviously be sticking to the strict triathlon training programme - Sunbathing, Eating and partaking in the odd alcholic beverage.

Nothing wrong with the dressage stroke Kathryn at least you are turning up. Get Rob to show you the catch up drill, this can often help with lengthening of your arm stroke as well as balancing out your kick. The other thing to do is to concentrate on just arms use a pull buoy for this and aim to reach as far as you can with each stroke "reach long pull strong" that is what my old trainer used to shout at me when I was younger. Try it and let me know how you get on.
