Raspberry Mojito….research has shown that fresh berries increase their antioxidant powers when soaked in alcohol. As many people like to enjoy a drink on the holiday weekend, why not have a ‘healthy’ drink?
Ingredients
12 fresh raspberries
4 mint leaves
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 ˝ oz light rum
Juice of ˝ lime
Ice
Club soda
Method
1. Place the berries, mint, sugar and lime juice in a tall glass
2. Using a spoon lightly crush the mixture to bring out the flavours
