I've been rather slack at getting the nutrition tips up recently.....I'm blaming a trip to Canada and too much studying. However both of those are now over and I'm living full-time on the rock........so have more time to dedicate to writing articles for Ramsey Tri

New articles coming soon!!! In the meantime....here's a recipe that you might enjoy now that it's coming to off-season

Raspberry Mojito….research has shown that fresh berries increase their antioxidant powers when soaked in alcohol. As many people like to enjoy a drink on the holiday weekend, why not have a ‘healthy’ drink?

Ingredients

12 fresh raspberries
4 mint leaves
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 ˝ oz light rum
Juice of ˝ lime
Ice
Club soda

Method

1. Place the berries, mint, sugar and lime juice in a tall glass
2. Using a spoon lightly crush the mixture to bring out the flavours

Sounds nice, but I think I could improve on this
